Colleen Murray

I’m an operations leader, by way of human resources, who’s really into all things business, people, and systems. After two decades in the professional services industry, I honed my focus on client service, quality, and continuous learning. My work experience has been enhanced by an MBA, a PROSCI change management certificate, teaching at Portland State University, HR certifications, and years of non-profit board membership.

Specific areas of expertise include professional service industries, executive operations, process improvement—including review of corporate functions (IA, Marketing, HR, IT, etc.), and HR/recruiting management.

After being a member of PDX Executive Assembly for five years, I now run the private membership group.

Personal passions include wildlife conservation, carbon reduction, science, psychology, dance, health, wellness, and having fun. Interests include outdoor activities like cycling, kayaking, golfing, hiking, and camping. I’m always in a book club and regularly sing in a community choir called Rock Voices.
